<p>What a busy morning. I had my spinning class in the morning then about 30 minutes afterwards I did Yoga with my friend. My calves are sore but I always take that as a good sign not a bad one. Sore muscles just mean I worked them pretty good and I&#8217;ll reap the benefits.</p>
