Procrastination

Every once in awhile I’ll get into a rut. Not motivated to workout. I’ve been kind of in that the last week or so, but I haven’t missed a workout yet, oh I’ve grumbled, or tried to talk myself out of it, but I always go and am always glad I did once I’m finished.

I have a travel week next week, so next week will be tough to fit it in. I leave on Monday and return on Thursday. The Hotel I’m staying at has equipment, so I can’t use that as an excuse not too. It’s just I spend all day out in the field talking to customers and am quite tired at the end of the day. My cure is to just get up early and get in a workout before the day even starts. I find this method works best, that way, it’s out of the way, I have more energy, I feel better about myself and I can work as late as I want. Hmmmm, sounds like I talked myself right back into it. Good Job Rob!

Now I still have to get 3 more days of workouts in before I go …. eh, I’ll grumble, but I’ll get it done …… remember, you will always be glad you did when your done ……
