Hey everyone …..
I just have a quick second to type a post. I have colleagues in this week so my schedule is all screwed up, never enough time to get a workout in. Do you have the same problem?. Nice part about my job is that most times I have the flexibility to adjust and fit things in, but I know how it can be with a hectic schedule. I got up at 5:30 am this morning just so I could get “something” in and I STILL didn’t manage to do it.
Just keep yourself focused and get back on track when you can (and I don’t mean in a month!), thats my motto and I stick to it pretty good. Life throws you curves, ya just have to roll with it on occassion. My whole week is a mess but I will manage to get back on track, I always do.
Anyways, I’m working on getting all my recipes up on the web, it’s a time consuming thing, but it will be nice when it’s done.
